The editorial board is chaired by the managing editor and is composed of an advisory council, the editors, and associate editors.
The advisory council's members serve as non-executive directors of the association and contribute to the journal by evaluating its editorial policies or by suggesting new directions. Exceptionally, council members may be delegated the organization of special issues, in which case they act as editors in charge.
The editors are the executive directors of the association and are in charge of the editorial process, assign papers to associate editors or referees and make the final decisions.
Associate editors help the editors in the review process and are committed to review at least five manuscripts each year.

Jan Stevenson is the administrative assistant in charge of preparing papers for publication, and coordinates this activity with the authors and Wiley; he also helps with the day to day management of the editorial process and with the preparion of the yearly general assembly of the directors of the association. Nancy de Munck is in charge of the web site, of verifying that submitted manuscripts can be put through the editorial process and of other day to day management of the editorial process.
